Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you require faster shipping method, please contact me and I can give you the shipping costs and payment arrangements.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Small and lighter items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class depending on the items weight and most delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

Bigger and heavier items will be shipped via UPS Ground and delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Tracking number via email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

 

All Items Are Subject To Availability

What this means is that while my supplier tries to keep items in stock as much as possible, they are limited on the time restraints. Some items may be discontinued and once gone it will be removed from our products list. If the item states that it will restock in a certain date and that item may go out of stock before then and I will try to keep up with the inventory as much as I possible.

If you happen to add an item to your order and I find that it is out of stock and it maybe restocked at a certain point or discontinued, I will email you to let you know.

Sales Tax

RVJ Ventures is not responsible for any sales taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Paypal will tally up any sales taxes they deem fit and that is out of my control.

 

Damages

RVJ Ventures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

No Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii nor to any US Territories.

Sorry, my supplier will not ship to these states due to excessive shipping costs. If potential customers are willing to pay for the extra charges, contact me for a quote.

We currently only ship in the United States.
